Policy Brief Nr.2 – Nuclear terror proliferation: an assessment. The PINK triangle threat

The existence of an Iranian clandestine nuclear programme was unveiled in 2002 by the Iranian main opposition force, the NCRI. Its exposure was followed by international sanctions and a long negotiation procedure that culminated on 14 July 2015, in Vienna, where a Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) on the Iranian nuclear programme was signed between the E3/EU+3 group and Iran.
