Paulo Casaca, director of the Brussels based humanitarian association ‘Alliance to Renew Co-operation Among Humankind’ (ARCHumankind) wrote this Wednesday to the European Anti-Fraud Office requesting it to investigate the allegations produced on the 12th of May2018, by Mr Hassan Ghasghavi, the deputy Foreign Minister of Iran.
