Paulo Casaca in interview to Al-Arabya called the European Union to act in accordance with the international community, including the United States and the Arab Middle East countries to stop the nuclear programme escalade of the Iranian authorities.
Paulo Casaca stressed that the appeasement policy used up to now is counterproductive and stressed the need to accompany the nuclear deterrence policy with a confrontation to Iranian expansionism in the region and its repression of the Iranian people.
