The world cannot stay indifferent towards the testimony given by Mr Tahar Boumedra, a senior former official of the United Nations Assistant Mission in Iraq (UNAMI) and adviser of the Special Representative of the UN Secretary General (SRSG) in Iraq on Ashraf, in the US Congress (The Oversight and Investigation Subcommittee at the US House of Representatives) on September 13 about the conducts of the SRSG in Iraq and UNAMI.

The report indicates that there have been at least 251 killed, 3,700 injured, and 7,000 arrested; and the names of the 85 martyrs of the uprising in various cities are listed.
